The history of gentrification in the Bay Area, and how it has changed over time. 

Comparing and contrasting, the three dominant monotheistic religions(Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), and examining they’re impact in the United States.

Research Topic

 As of right now my research topic will have a focus on the media, like, I stated earlier in my conversation with my friend. I want to understand how the media operates in the 21 st century, and why it has changed over the last couple of years, where they decide to sensationalize the news, and not properly fact check their sources. Media, nowadays, worries more about ratings than actual journalism; my goal is to understand that shift in thinking. Though, I think that I have to define what I mean when I say the "media", as their are multiple types of media that we as a culture consume on a daily basis. I want my focus on the media to be about... looking at major news stations like CNN and Fox(will add more news stations).
